This class was the highlight of our visit to Budapest! Marti was so gracious and obviously enjoyed sharing her culinary skills with us. We prepared Menu D (chicken ragout with tarragon, stuffed sweet peppers with tomato sauce, and two kinds of strudel ( sweet cabbage , cottage cheese/sour cherries)). Everything was delicious. Marti was also very wiling to share the history of her country and the background to her opening this culinary business. The flat where we cooked (downtown Budapest) was designed by Marti and was part of an open court building built in 1910 – beautiful! We would highly recommend this class – a unique option when in Budapest. We would do it again!
